Plasticard Sheet & PETG Clear Glazing Sheet

High Impact Polystyrene Sheet (HIPS) is commonly known as plasticard in the UK or styrene sheet in North America. This is the most commonly used plastic sheet for model making, the same type of material normally found in plastic construction kits. The same glues, solvents & paints supplied for the construction of these kits can be used for styrene sheet.

PETG or PET-G is the generic term for Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified. A crystal clear material that is ideal for glazing, for model making purposes it has similar properties to polycarbonate.

All my plasticard has a matt finish on one side with a factory finish on the other, both sides can be painted. Available in both white & black, in two sizes, 220mm x 325mm (a little bigger than the A4 paper size) & large sheets at 325mm x 440mm (a bit over A3). Clear PETG glazing sheets are also available in both sizes.

Sheet sizes & squareness are approximate. Dimensions may vary +/-3mm.
