Pair of Locking Leg Hinges
Fitting Notes **IMPORTANT**
These hinges are designed to function without any cross-bracing, allowing unhindered access to the baseboard underside, therefore all the stresses on the legs pass through them. It is important that they are fitted securely to a load bearing frame, with local reinforcing if necessary. Due to working clearances within these hinges, there a small amount of movement, therefore they are not recommended for use with legs over 1 metre in height, but are ideal for one man assembly of the average portable layout.
Made from zinc plated steel, supplied in pairs (handed), they provide a positive lock in both open & closed positions. The lock is easily released by pressing a spring loaded catch which then re-engages automatically.
Drawing dimensions are in millimeters. Designed for 38mm square legs.
